Installation in Mandrake Linux 8.0

Before installing conf-isdn-account the packages libisdn4k-utils, isdn4k-utils, cdialog and iptables should be installed first. Install them as follows :

Insert the first Mandrake Linux 8.0 installation CD in your CD drive

Install the required packages:

cd /mnt/cdrom/Mandrake/RPMS
rpm -i -vv libisdn4k-utils2-3.1pre1-3mdk.i586.rpm
rpm -i -vv isdn4k-utils-3.1pre1-3mdk.i586.rpm
rpm -i -vv cdialog-0.9a-6mdk.i586.rpm
rpm -i -vv iptables-1.2.1-4mdk.i586.rpm

Uninstall the package isdn4net :

rpm -e -vv isdn4net-1.4.5-2mdk

And finally install conf-isdn-account :

rpm -i -vv conf-isdn-account-1.6a-1mdk.i586.rpm

Now you can start the tool in the shell with the command conf-isdn-account.
